Hello, I’m David Raschke with General RV Center, the nation’s largest family owned RV dealer with 11 super stores in 5 states, over 3,000 RVs to choose from and a multi-million dollar parts inventory for all your RV needs. Today our spotlight shines on the Summerland 2820BHGS by Springdale. Come on, let’s get started!

The Summerland 2820BHGS by Springdale has many amenities to offer such as a power tongue jack, makes getting this coach off your tow vehicle much easier. You’ll also find two 30lb LP canisters with an automatic switch over; which means if one canister is empty, it’ll automatically switch over to the full one and of course you have the plastic cover to cover-up your tanks. Let’s go take a look at the patio side of this coach.

Let’s start off by taking a looking a look at this large pass-through for all your RV needs you can store them onboard. An electric awning – makes life real easy – no more of this pulling stuff, you can just push a button! 3 step entry into the coach. You have 2 exterior marine grade speakers. This is something that I really wanted to highlight on this particular model, it’s called CorrectTrack. CorrectTrack takes two axles and spreads them apart making your tow experience a lot more pleasant. No more teeter-tottering. Not only that, when you get to your campsite and you set up, it will make your coach a lot more stable. You’ll also find an exterior shower. This comes in really handy when the kids are down at the beach and all filled with sand. Another 3 step entry, that’s right – another 3 step entry into the bathroom. Let’s take a look at the back of this coach.

What you’ll find at the back of this coach is a crowned roof. I’d like to share with you though, the extended gutters on this coach. That 2 ½ inch makes a world of difference, keeps all the rain on the ground not on the side of your camper. You’ll also find a steel bumper that houses your sewer hose. Spare tire and of course, 4 stabilizer jacks that keeps this camper completely solid once you’re all set-up. Let’s take a look at the rest of this coach.

What you’ll find on this side, again more storage space, tons of storage on this coach. You have your co-ax in for your cable television. Your dumping station is conveniently located for your black and grey tanks. And of course, your 30-amp power supply which conveniently folds in for stowing as you leave. But this is something that I really wanted to share with you, look at the size of that slide! It’s enormous! Wait until we get inside and I’ll show you what’s in there. You’ll also find over here is what is your fresh water connection as well as your city water connection. And of course, the difference between the two: your fresh water is the water that is stored onboard your coach. City water is the water that is supplied by the campground through a standard 5/8” garden hose! Come on, let’s go inside and check it out!

Well welcome to the interior of the Summerland 2820BHGS by Springdale. You’ll find as you enter the coach, conveniently located are all your controls for your automatic awning as well as your power slide. To my right, you’re entertainment center where you’ll find your LED TV with AM/FM stereo, MP3 and Bluetooth Technology. Plenty of storage up above as well as plenty of storage below. Let’s take a look at the master bedroom.

The master bedroom offers a queen sized bed, plenty of room in your wardrobes – one on each side. You have plenty of storage space up above and a convenient reading light and don’t forget the storage underneath. Let’s take a look at the rest of the coach.

There is plenty of living space in this oversized slide that is actually 3” deep. You have a jack-knife sofa that converts into sleeping arrangements with plenty of storage above. Also look at the size of this dinette, you can get the entire family around it. Plus it converts into sleeping arrangements as well, with lots of storage beneath. Let’s go that a look at the bunk house.

Check out these bunk beds, they’re actually oversized for you can physically sleep adults. Each bunk area has its own window for viewing and ventilation as well as lighting and privacy curtain. Let’s take a look at the bathroom.

You’ll find in the bathroom that you’re going to have a bath tub, shower, skylight, your commode, vanity with plenty of storage underneath and a medicine cabinet. Don’t forget your entry/exit door. Let’s go take a look at the galley.

The galley area offers a ton of space in this giant wardrobe as well as plenty of storage in the drawers below. You’ll find your refrigerator with freezer and over here is tons of countertop space. Conveniently located is your monitoring station where you can always check your status of your grey tank, your black tank as well as how much water is left in your fresh water tank, and how much power is left in your battery. You’ll also find your oven, 3-burner stove, hood range vent with light, microwave oven, large basin sink with high rise faucet. Don’t forget more storage underneath as well as on the side.
