This policy applies to information we collect:

This policy DOES NOT apply to information that:

• We collect offline or on any other Company apps or websites, including websites you may access through this App.
• You provide to or is collected by any third party (see Third-Party Information Collection).

Our websites, apps, and other third parties may have their own privacy policies that we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, register with, or use this App, or use our Website. By downloading, registering with, or using this App, or by accessing or using this Website, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of this App or Website after we revise this policy means you accept those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

Children Under the Age of 16

The App and Website is not intended for children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. No one under the age of 16 may provide any personal information to or on the App or Website. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on this Website or App or through any of their features, register on the Website or App, make purchases through the Website or App, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this Website or App, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use.

If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 16, please contact us at webadmin@generalrv.com.

Information We Collect and How We Collect It

We collect several types of information from and about users of our App and Website, including:

• Directly from you when you provide it to us;
• Automatically when you use the App or Website. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies;
• From third parties, for example our business partners.

Information You Provide to Us

When you download, register with, or use this App; or use our Website, we may ask you provide information:

• Identifiers. Information by which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, social security number, or other information about yourself that you disclose to us through the App or Website (“personal information”).
• Non-Identifying Personal Information. Information about you that individually does not identify you, such as your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our App or Website, and usage details.

This information includes:

• Characteristics of protected classifications under California or Federal Law. Age, gender, race, ethnicity, or religion.
• Demographic information. Marital status, number and ages of children, and languages spoken.
• Commercial Information. Vehicle or product characteristics, VINs, license plate numbers, registrations, model names and numbers, serial numbers, product interest and purchase history, vehicle service history, product financing information, device troubleshooting history; data about your vehicle or product’s operation and your use of connected vehicle services and technologies; and financial information such as cost of services rendered.
• Audio, Electronic, Visual, or Similar Information. Call recordings, chat transcripts, testimonials, pictures, or videos uploaded to or sent through the Website or App.
• Professional or Employment Related Information. Employer, income, or occupation information.
• Education Information. Education level.
• Account; Profile Information; Forms. Information provided by filling in forms in the App or on the Website, including registration, subscriptions, posting material, requesting services, contests or promotions, and reporting problems.
• Correspondence. Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses and phone numbers if you contact us).
• Surveys. Responses to surveys for research purposes.
• Transactions. Details of transactions you carry out through the App or Website and of the fulfillment of your orders (including necessary financial information).
• Queries. Your search queries on the App or Website.
• Personal Information as described in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e) to the extent collected under another category above.
• Events and Bookings. Appointment/reservation bookings you carry through our services, including the personal information provided to make such appointment/booking.
• Marketing and Promotions. If you agree to receive direct marketing communications (e.g., emails or texts), we collect your email address and phone number. See General RV SMS Terms and Conditions for more details.
• Sweepstakes, Contests, and Promotions. Information you provide when you participate (which may include your social security number or other government ID, and driver’s license number if you win). We may be required to post the names of winners depending on the jurisdiction.

You may also provide information for publication or display (“Posted”) on public areas of the app or websites you access through the App or Website (collectively, “User Contributions”). Your User Contributions are Posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although you may set certain privacy settings for such information by logging into your account profile on our App or Website, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot control the actions of third parties with whom you share your User Contributions.

Automatic Information Collection and Tracking

As you navigate through and interact with our Website or when you download, access, and use the App, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

• Usage Details. Traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources you access and use on or through the App or Website.
• Interactions. Interactions with our emails, texts, and messages through push and online messaging channels.
• Stored Information and Files. Metadata and other information associated with files stored on your device (e.g., photographs, audio/video clips, contacts, address book).
• Location Information. Real-time information about the location of your device (if enabled).

If you do not want us to collect this information, do not download the App or visit the Website, and delete the App from your device. You may opt out at any time via settings in the App or your profile on our Website. Note that opting out of location information will disable location-based features.

We may also use technologies to collect information about your activities over time and across third-party websites, apps, or other online services (behavioral tracking). Information Collection and Tracking Technologies

• Cookies (or mobile cookies). Small files placed on your device. You may refuse cookies in your browser/device settings, but some parts of the App or Website may not function properly.
• Web Beacons. Small electronic files (clear gifs, pixel tags) on pages and emails that, for example, count users who visited pages or opened emails and verify system and server integrity.

Third-Party Information Collection

When you use the App, its content, or the Website, certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include:

• Marketing and Promotions. Subject to law, contact you with offers, promotions, discounts, and other services from us or our partners.

• General Business Operations. Mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, bankruptcies, and financings.
• Protecting Rights / Legal Requests. Protect the Services and our operations, enforce policies/Terms, detect/prevent fraud/illegal activities, and comply with legal obligations.
• Updates. Notify you of App/Website updates and changes to products/services.
• Other Purposes. As disclosed at collection, with consent, or as permitted/required by law, and to fulfill any other purpose for which you provide information.

The usage information we collect helps us improve and personalize the App and Website by enabling us to:

• Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
• Store information about your preferences.
• Speed up your searches.
• Recognize you when you use the App or Website.

We use location information to provide nearby stores and service centers and to deliver geographically targeted advertising.

We may also contact you about our own or third parties' goods and services that may be of interest. Adjust your preferences in your account profile if you do not want us to use your information in this way.

We may use information to display advertisements to advertisers' target audiences. We do not disclose your personal information for these purposes without consent; however, advertisers may infer you meet their criteria if you interact with their ads.

We may disclose aggregated information and information that does not identify any individual or device without restriction.

Choices About Our Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Your Information

We provide choices to help you control certain uses and disclosures of your information.

• Tracking Technologies. Set your browser to refuse some/all cookies or alert you when cookies are sent. Manage other tracking technologies in your App/Website profile settings and device/browser settings. Some features may not function if disabled.
• Location Information. Control collection/use of real-time location via device/browser privacy settings. Some features may not function if disabled.
• Promotions by General RV. Opt out by adjusting preferences in your account profile or emailing this form completed to optout@generalrv.com.
• Targeted Advertising by the Company. Opt out via advertising preferences in your account profile or by emailing this form completed to optout@generalrv.com.
• Third-Party Advertising/Marketing Disclosure. Opt out via account preferences or by emailing this form completed to optout@generalrv.com.
• Push Notifications. Manage via your device or browser settings.

We do not control third parties' use of your information for interest-based advertising. Many providers offer opt-outs (e.g., Network Advertising Initiative).

Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the App or Website and visiting your account profile page.

You may also email webadmin@generalrv.com to request access to, correct, or delete personal information you provided. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may deny changes that would violate law or make information incorrect.

If you delete User Contributions, copies may remain in cached/archived pages or may have been copied by others. Proper access and use, including User Contributions, is governed by our terms of use.

Your State Privacy Rights

Data Security

We implement measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide is stored on secure servers behind firewalls.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for certain parts of our App or Website, you are responsible for keeping it confidential. Do not share your password. Be careful when sharing information in public areas; information shared publicly may be viewed by any user.

Unfortunately, transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of personal information transmitted through our App or Website. Any transmission is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat users' personal information, we will post the new policy on this page with a notice that it has been updated and notify you by email or text to the email address or phone number in your account and via an in-App alert the first time you use the App after the change.

The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date, active, and deliverable email address or phone number for you, and for periodically visiting this policy to check for any changes.
