This policy applies to information we collect:

If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, register with, or use this App, or use our Website. By downloading, registering with, or using this App, or by accessing or using this Website, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of this App or Website after we revise this policy means you accept those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

Children Under the Age of 16

The App and Website is not intended for children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. No one under the age of 16 may provide any personal information to or on the App or Website. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on this Website or App or through any of their features, register on the Website or App, make purchased through the Website or App, use any of the interactive or public comment feature of this Website or App, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Information We Collect and How We Collect It

We collect several types of information from and about users of our App and Website, including:

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us;

· Automatically when you use the App or Website. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies;

· From third parties, for example our business partners

Information You Provide to Us

When you download, register with, or use this App; or use our Website, we may ask you provide information:

  • Identifiers. For example, this includes information by which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, social security number, or other information about yourself that you disclose to us through the App or Website (“personal information”).
  • Non-Identifying Personal Information. That is about you but individually does not identify you, such as your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our App or Website, and usage details.

This information includes:

  • Characteristics of protected classifications under California or Federal Law . This includes information such as age, gender, race ethnicity, or religion.
  • Demographic information. This includes information such as martial status, the number and ages of children, and what languages you speak.
  • Commercial Information. This includes vehicle or product characteristics, vehicle identification numbers, license plate numbers, vehicle registrations, model names and numbers, serial numbers, product interest and purchase history, vehicle service history, product financing information, device troubleshooting history; data about your vehicle or product’s operation and your use of connected vehicle services and technologies; and financial information such as cost of services rendered.
  • Audio, Electronic, Visual, Or Similar Information. This includes call recordings, chat transcripts, testimonials, pictures, or videos uploaded to or sent through the Website or App.
  • Professional or Employment Related Information.This includes employer, income, or occupation information.
  • Education Information.This includes information such as education level.
  • Account; Profile Information; Forms. Information that you provide by filling in forms in the App or on the Website. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the App or Website and subscribing to our service and posting material and requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with the App or Website.
  • Correspondence. Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses and phone numbers if you contact us).
  • Surveys. Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
  • Transactions. Details of transactions you carry out through the app and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through the App or Website.
  • Queries. Your search queries on the App or Website.
  • Personal Information as described in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e) to the extent collected under another category of Personal Information above.
  • Events and Bookings. Appointment/reservation bookings you carry through our services, including the personal information provided to make such appointment/booking.
  • Marketing and Promotions. If you agree to receive direct marketing communications from us, such as when you subscribe to emails or text messages, we collect your email address and phone number. See General RV SMS Terms and Conditions for more information regarding text message notifications.
  • Sweepstakes, Contests, and Promotions. Personal information you provide when you participate in a contest or sweepstakes we offer, which may include your social security number or other applicable government identification number, and driver’s license number if you win such contest or sweepstakes. We may also be required to post the names of winders depending on the jurisdiction.

You may also provide information for publication or display (“Posted”) on public areas of the app or websites you access through the App or Website, (collectively, “User Contributions”). Your User Contributions are Posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although you may set certain privacy settings for such information by logging into your account profile on our App or Website, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of third parties with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Automatic Information Collection and Tracking

As you navigate through and interact with our Website or when you download, access, and use the App, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

  • Usage Details. When you access and use the App, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the App, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the App or Website.
  • Interactions. For example, this information may include interactions with our emails, texts, and our messages through push and online messaging channels.
  • Stored Information and Files. The App also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts, and address book information.
  • Location Information. This App and Website collects real-time information about the location of your device. We will have access to your general location if you have enabled location services on your device for our mobile application.

If you do not want us to collect this information, do not download the App or visit the website, and delete the App from your device. You may opt out at any time by visiting “settings” in the App or on your profile on our Website. Note, however, that opting out of the App’s or Website’s collection of location information will disable its location-based features.

We also may use these technologies to collect information about your activities over time and across third-party websites, apps, or other online services (behavioral tracking). See Choices About Our Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Your Information for information on how you can opt out of behavioral tracking on or through the App or Website and how we respond to browser signals and other mechanisms that enable consumers to exercise choice about behavioral tracking.

Information Collection and Tracking Technologies

The technologies we use for automatic information collection may include:

  • Cookies (or mobile cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on your smartphone or hard drive on your computer. It may be possible to refuse to accept mobile cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your smartphone or web browser However, if you select this setting, you may be unable to access certain parts of our App or Website. Unless you have adjusted your web browser so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to our Website.
  • Web Beacons. Pages of the App and Website and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related app statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain app content and verifying system and server integrity).
  • Flash Cookies. Certain features of our Website may use local stored objects (or Flash cookies) to collect and store information about your preferences and navigation to, from, and on our Website. Flash cookies are not managed by the same browser settings as are used for browser cookies. Third-Party Information Collection

When you use the App, its content, or the Website, certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include:

· Advertisers, ad networks, and ad servers.

  • Your mobile device manufacturer.
  • Your mobile service provider.
  • Content Providers
  • Application Providers

These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the App or Website. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites, apps, and other online services websites. We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information, for:

  • Providing our Services. Provide you with the App and Website and its contents, and any other information, products, or services that you request from us.
  • Communication. To contact you regarding our services, details about new features and/or products, special offers, promotional announcements, consumer surveys, and to assist you with operational requests, such as password reset requests. These communications may be by various methods, such as email, push notifications, text message, online messaging channels.   • Marketing and Promotions. Subject to applicable law, to contact you regarding offers, promotions, discounts, and other services, provided by us or our third-party business partners that may interest you.
  • Tailored Advertising and Ad Effectiveness. To deliver tailored advertising on our App or Website based on your preferences or interests across services and devices and to measuring the effectiveness of ads, including understanding our customer base and purchasing trends. This includes creating custom audiences on social media websites and search engine platforms.
  • Responding to Inquiries. To contact you in response to an inquiry, complaint, or incident report. This includes responding your comments and reviews of our Services on social media websites and search engine platforms.
  • Research and Surveys. To administer surveys and questionnaires, such as for market research or customer satisfaction purposes.
  • Planning and Managing Events. For event planning and management purposes, including registration, attendance, connecting you with other event attendees, and contacting you about relevant events and Services.
  • Customization and Personalization. To tailor content we may send or display to you, to enable additional features on our Services, and to provide you with a personalized service.
  • Improving our Services. To improve and grow our business, including understanding how our App or Website is being used, for analytics purposes, and to develop new features, products, or services, and for internal quality control and training purposes.
  • Auditing, Reporting, and Other Internal Operations. To conduct financial, tax, and accounting audits; audits and assessments of our operations, privacy, security, and financial controls and compliance with legal obligations; our general business, accounting, record keeping, and legal functions; and to maintain appropriate business records and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • In support of our General Business Operations. To assess and implement mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, bankruptcies, and other business transactions such as financings.
  • Protecting our Rights and Responding to Legal Requests/Obligations. To protect the Services and our business operations, and to protect our rights or those of our stakeholders; to detect, investigate, and prevent activities that may violate our policies and Terms of Use, or activities that may be fraudulent or illegal; and to comply with legal requirements regarding the provision of products and services.
  • Updates. Notify you when App or Website updates are available, and of changes to any products or services we offer or provide though it.
  • Other Purposes. For other purposes where we provide notice, obtain your consent, or that are otherwise required or permitted by applicable law, and to fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.

The usage information we collect helps us to improve our App and Website and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to:

· Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.

· Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our App or Website according to your individual interests.

  • Speed up your searches.

· Recognize you when you use the App or Website

We use location information we collect to provide customers with information regarding nearby stores and service centers and provide advertisements targeted to certain geographic areas.

We may also use your information to contact you about our own and third parties' goods and services that may be of interest to you. We may use the information we collect to display advertisements to our advertisers' target audiences. Even though we do not disclose your personal information for these purposes without your consent, if you click on or otherwise interact with an advertisement, the advertiser may assume that you meet its target criteria.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual or device, without restriction.

In addition, we may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide:

  • To our subsidiaries and affiliates.

· To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

· To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of General RV's assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by General RV about our App and Website users is among the assets transferred.

· To third parties to market their products or services to you if you have not opted out of these disclosures. We contractually require these third parties to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them. · To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.

· For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.

  • With your consent.

· To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.

· To enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including the App EULA and Terms of Use, and for billing and collection.

· If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of General RV, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Choices About Our Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. This section describes mechanisms we provide for you to control certain uses and disclosures of over your information.

  • Tracking Technologies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. You can choose whether to allow the App or Website to collect information through other tracking technologies by navigating to the settings under your profile on the App and Website, and through the device or web browser’s respective privacy settings. If you disable or refuse cookies or block the use of other tracking technologies, some parts of the App or Website may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
  • Location Information. You can choose whether to allow the App or Website to collect and use real-time information about your device's location through the device's privacy settings or your web browser’s privacy settings. If you block the use of location information, some parts of the App or Website may become inaccessible or not function properly.
  • Promotions by the General RV. If you do not want us to use your email address and/or contact information to promote our own or third parties' products or services, you can always opt-out by logging into the App or Website and adjusting your user preferences in your account profile by checking or unchecking the relevant boxes. Additionally, you may opt out by sending us an email with this form completed to: optout@generalrv.com.
  • Targeted Advertising by the Company. If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers' target-audience preferences, you can opt-out by adjusting your user advertising preferences in your account profile in the App or on the Website by checking or unchecking the relevant boxes or by sending us an email and with this form completed to: optout@generalrv.com.
  • Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising and Marketing. If you do not want us to share your personal information with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for advertising and marketing purposes, you can opt-out by logging into the App or account on our Website and adjusting your user preferences in your account profile by checking or unchecking the relevant boxes or by sending us an email with this form completed to: optout@generalrv.com.
  • Push Notifications. You can choose to receive mobile push notifications from General RV. On some device operating systems, you will be automatically enrolled in the notifications. If you subsequently decide you no longer wish to receive these notifications, you can use your mobile device’s settings functionality to turn them off. We also offer push notifications on certain web browsers. If you agree to receive those notifications and subsequently decide you no longer wish to receive these notifications, you can use your browser’s settings to turn them off.

We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website.

Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the App or Website and visiting your account profile page.

You may also send us an email at webadmin@generalrv.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete your User Contributions from the App or Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or stored by other App or Website users. Proper access and use of information provided on the App or Website, including User Contributions, is governed by our terms of use.

Your State Privacy Rights

State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information. To learn more about consumer privacy rights in other states and how to exercise them, please read General RV’s US State Privacy Policy.

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our App or Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the App or Website like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the App or Website.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our App or Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will post the new privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated and notify you by email or text message to the email address or phone number specified in your account and an in-App alert the first time you use the App after we make the change.

The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address or phone number for you and for periodically visiting this privacy policy to check for any changes.
