With a staff of nearly 2,000 associates, millions of dollars’ worth of inventory, and sales revenue, General RV’s operations require a skilled accounting services staff to manage all cash flow operations. We employ Accountants, Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialists, and a Payroll Manager to help our company operate on a daily basis.

With hundreds of computer users companywide, and an operation that relies heavily on technology, General RV has a staff of IT professionals to maintain, improve, and fix any technology-related issues. Our Help Desk associates provide timely, efficient, quality support to our users.

“As a member of the IT department, my job happens primarily behind the scenes. It takes a lot of work to make sure that all phone and internet services are functioning and that employees can access printers, servers and key applications necessary for their jobs. When any one of those things doesn’t work, it affects people’s ability to get things done so I have to prioritize accordingly. We have cross-trained our entire department so that each person is well-equipped and prepared to switch gears from the task at hand to help out when business needs call for it.”

Customer Care team members are responsible for following up with customers to evaluate their shopping experience and logging feedback so we can learn where we have room to improve.
