You and Your Family's Health is a Priority
General RV places an emphasis on the health and wellness of our associates and their families. A comprehensive insurance program is available for you and your family. We pay a large portion of premiums for our employees’ medical coverage; family coverage is also available at an additional cost to the employee through payroll deduction. In addition to medical, dental and vision coverage are also available. General RV Center employees also receive TeleHealth free of charge, which is a fantastic time-and money-saving benefit that provides access to a doctor 24/7 and 365 days a year through phone or video.
Full time employees employed for at least 30 days will receive pay for the following recognized holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Labor Day
- Memorial Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Independence Day
All eligible employees receive paid time off to be used throughout the year. Additional time off is granted based on years of service, which is further explained in the company handbook. Paid time off includes a five-day company shutdown between Christmas and New Year’s (specific shutdown days vary by location).
401(k) Retirement Saving Plan
Employees can elect to join the 401(k) retirement plan with up to a 3% company match (subject to vesting guidelines).
Employee Referral Bonus Program
General RV is proud to offer a generous bonus for qualified candidates that are referred by employees. The bonus ranges from $500 - $1,000 depending on the position in which a referral is hired for. There is no limit on how many referral bonuses an employee can receive!
