My husband and I chose to write this letter to you to expres our extreme gratitude for the special attention that we received by your staff when we recently purchased a new RV from your business. Sherry Corne was amazing. She really takes a personal interest in her sales and takes the time to get to know what you want and need. She showed us RVs based on our interests and helped us choose the beautiful RV that we purchased from your center. Mind you, at the time, we really weren't going to purchase a new RV. Because Sherry took the time and worked with us to meet our needs and really take our situation as a family into consideration, we are now enjoying fabulous family camping trips in a gorgeous RV. It truly is beautiful. Sherry will be highly recommended anywhere we go and whomever we talk to about our camper. She is amazing. I would also like to inform you that within a month of purchasing our beautiful new RV whom which we have dubbed Bettie Lou... we had a slight mishap between the gutter on our home and our awning. You can imagine how upset we were. I called Sherry and was upset and asked what I needed to do. She made me feel better and told me she would find out what to do next and call me back. She called me back within the hour and let me know whom to call. I then received a cute note from her two days later. That is what I call personal service and going above and beyond as a sales person. It was greatly appreciated.
