On September 17, we took possession of a 2009 Winnebago Adventurer 38N, located at your Wayland dealership. This message is to inform you of our extreme satisfaction with both the motorhome and with the level of service provided by all personnel at General RV Center. We are back in Iowa and, after driving through the UP and Wisconsin have added over 1000 miles to the coach. With only minor items to deal with, we are very happy with the 38N. On arriving in Wayland last Tuesday morning, we were greeted by Bruce Ter Veen. He made us feel most welcome while giving us a preliminary tour of the coach and of your store. Through the course of the day, Bruce answered questions, provided advice and gave information on camping spots in Michigan. Al Aschaberg, Business Manager, was thorough and efficient in closing the deal and selling us extended care packages. Jim Guinn, Service Advisor, was most helpful in resolving service issues during the following days. In addition to these gentlemen, we were impressed by the positive, cheerful and helpful attitude of the service manager (Hank), his technicians (including Josh, who gave us our final walk-through) and the parts store personnel. It's obvious that you have developed a team of knowledgeable people who believe in and support your business. Thanks to you and the people at Wayland General RV for making this major expenditure a positive and painless experience.
