I just wanted to let you know that I was extremely appreciative of the service I had received by your associate, Cathy Kleckner. When I had called in before the Memorial Day Weekend Holiday with a concern with my flooring on my trailer, I had spoken to Cathy and she exhibited outstanding customer service manors. She quickly attended to my needs only to have Service Director Chris Dietrich contact me to assure me that any work that was needed would be done in a professional and speedy manor. After the calls, I was surprised and pleased. On the day of picking up my trailer at Walden Woods Resort, Cathy was thorough in the service diagnosis and estimate time for repair. Well let me say that since receiving my trailer back, my flooring and the other minor warranty repairs that were corrected have stood up with no issues, resulting with no anxiety, but rather total enjoyment. I write this because I truly believe that compliments should be caught and made aware of, not just negative criticisms. And in this case I write because I feel that Cathy should be recognized for her outstanding customer service support and Chris for his managerial follow up and attention to detail. My wife and I were originally skeptical torwards General RV, but through the commitment and service support I had received, my skepticism has turned to satisfaction.
