This quick note is to let you know how well Lori and Jeff are taking care of your customers and your interests. We were moments away from completing a transaction on renting a Class C RV with one of your competitors, when I got a sick feeling in my stomach about the way the transaction was going. At that last minute, we decided to contact Lori and rent her only available unit which was one of the Damon Daybreak 35' Class A motor homes. Although the unit from General was more expensive than your competition, I could tell from talking to Lori that she'd been through the process (successfully) many times and knew what questions we were going to have. I didn't need to ask 99% of the questions that I had in mind because she'd answered them all in presenting the information to me. Her professionalism and pleasant demeanor comes through extremely well on the phone which prompted us to rent with General. She had everything ready and waiting for us when we met her in person the morning of our rental. The hand-off from Lori to Jeff was seamless. Jeff took us outside and walked us through the unit before we set out on the road. He did a very complete walk around showing us every item that we might end up using. When we returned to the dealership on Friday morning, Jeff took care of us right away, doing a quick walk around to make sure everything was ready for the return. I've worked at several auto dealerships and have sold a variety of products which relied heavily upon strong customer support.
