We started our search for the perfect RV for our retirement about 15 months ago. We narrowed it down to the Winnebago View and the Four Winds Sprinter. The "U" shaped dinette sold my wife. We went to your dealership in White Lake and talked to Ron Harding. I was surprised to find your company was price competitive and although we had a few rough spots, we made a deal. Jeremy Miller, Sales Manager, was a great help and showed sincere concern for my issues. We picked up our RV at the end of July last year. We purchased a Four Winds Chateau Sprinter and took off on a six week trip. We had a few problems and Stoney at Four Winds was great at helping us out. Upon our return we had some issues and Ed Sadilek, service manager, took care of our problems. Ed's entire crew is outstanding. Bob is very pleasant, knowledgeable and eager to help solve my problems. Dwight did our walk through and did an outstanding job. Very polite and eager to be sure we had the information we needed. On our last visit, Daryl addressed our problems and explained everything very well. He was very polite, helpful and seemed to be very knowledgeable. The entire staff at the White Lake location is great. Everyone is very pleasant, professional and eager to serve. I am active on the View/Navion Yahoo forum and have tried to pass my experience along. I hope you have some way to recognize your superior employees. The entire staff at White Lake is superior, especially Ed Sadilek and Bob in Service and your Sales Manager, Jeremy Miller. I will be sure to tell as many people as I can about them.
