Sandy, I wanted to take the time to tell you thanks. I know this whole deal was a rush and I appreciate the dedication you gave it. I also wanted to tell you that I'm a member of two separate camping forums that consists of approximately 10,000 members. Many of them have dealt with Lakeshores and Holmans in the past and that seems to be the two dealers recommended by the main body of the forum. I, however, am one of the few who have had any experience with General RV. Anyway, I certainly plan on throwing your name out and how, without hesitation, you beat a price quoted by Holmans. The sales staff in your Ohio branch was courteous and appeared to very approachable. Please tell the management that I want to compliment Terry, the gentleman who gave me the walk-through. He appeared to be very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful. I had never towed a fifth wheel before, much less hooked one up. Terry not only walked me through the features in the camper, but he showed me how to hitch and unhitch the trailer with ease. You guys seem to have a top notch operation and I won't hesitate to recommend you to others. Thanks again and I'm sure that in a few years we will be doing business again. Mike
