I just wanted to let you know how delighted I was with the service I recently received from Bob Good in the Parts Department at your Brownstown store. I was in need of new roof vents to replace the broken covers on my travel trailer. Bob was very patient and really went over the top to help me with my problem. He explained to me why they had failed and also what could be done to prevent it from happening in the future. He also took the time to explain how the repair should be performed. Because of Bob, I will now go out of my way to shop at General RV.
