Sue and I would like to thank you for your effort in finding us the trailer we've been looking for. That Tuesday we drove from Muskegon to your location in Wayland wanting to buy a trailer we found online only to find out that it had been sold earlier that morning. You took the time to search your vast inter-company data base to find us the trailer we've been looking for. The trailer was delivered on 3/27/2009 and was everything we had expected it would be. We would also like to thank your staff members that prepped the trailer for us, for their courtesy during the inspection process. All items needing attention were fixed or replaced (awning and some minor fixes inside) before delivery. Thank You.
