As part of the service you offer your shop tested all gas appliances-a test that would not have been done if we bought from a third party!!! During that inspection the furnace malfunctioned and caught fire. NO DAMAGE OCCURRED. The 3rd party seller listed this unit "AS IS" and we are very glad you tested it prior, we are awaiting an answer to our new offer tothe third party seller.
