I just wanted to thank you very much for our new 2010 Coachman Freedom Express. It was a pleasure doing business with you and General RV. Everyone was extremely courteous, professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Of course, we also like the money we saved by purchasing it through General RV as well. All those things combined certainly made it worth the 500 mile trip from New York. When my wife and I had some concerns/questions with regard to the slide out the Sunday after we brought it home, we did not expect to receive a phone call from you Monday morning, on my cell phone and from your Canton, Ohio service department as well. We were pleasantly surprised! We will certainly go to General RV first when we are ready for our next RV purchase and we will be referring all our friends as well. Again, thank you.

We attended the RV Sports Show in Salt Lake City, UT, last weekend. The people at General RV are the greatest. We were not sure exactly what we wanted. Edna was so patient and understanding. As we wandered thru all the 5th wheels there was always someone there to answer any questions. They were just awesome. I can not remember everyone that helped us, but I do know that we spoke with Brian, Mike, Rhett, Ken and of course Edna. We put a deposit on a 5th wheel. After we got home we decided it was to long for what we wanted. We held our breath as I called to tell them that we wanted to go with something smaller. There was no need for worry. They were the best and even told us that if we found something that was not at general rv we would get our deposit back. Of course the customer service was so great that we just transferred the deposit to a smaller 5th wheel that fit our needs perfectly. They even gave me a call on Mon. to let me know how things were going with the sale and delivery of our new 5th wheel. A BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT GENERAL RV AND TO EDNA IN MICHIGAN.

I want to give a big THANK YOU to General RV of Orange Park, FL. We We were trying to make a deal on a Forest River Work & Play 25 ULA at another dealer in south Florida. I was searching the internet and gave General RV a call. I spoke to a super nice guy, Ken Alltop. He took all my information on the unit I saw advertised on their website and the information on our trade. He said he would give us a call back. Well, 20 minutes later the general manager, Alan Dulberger returned my call. He cut to the chase and not only gave me a great price, but a very fair deal on our trade. He faxed us a purchase agreement that my husband and I reviewed over dinner. On Monday, I contacted their finance manager, Angela Bischoff, who took all my information and was going to take care of our financing. She was very efficient and a sweetheart! By Tuesday, we had an appointment to pick up our new toy hauler. When we arrived for our appointment, we were personally greeted by Alan and Ken and then met with Kurt, one of their technicians, to give us our walk through. Kurt was knowledgeable and very thorough. We found a few minor issues, but it was no big deal and Kurt was on it. After the walk through, we met with Angela and finalized the paperwork. All in all, we were in and out in 2 hours!! General RV runs a smooth operation. It was painless! You always wait for the other shoe to drop, but to leave with our new toy hauler and everything going as planned was shocking! We were very, very pleased and left with the feeling we would definitely recommend General RV to our friends. They treated us with respect, kindness and honesty! Sincerely,

Pat and I wished to express to you and Steve what a tremendous experience it was in the purchase of our new Laredo. You guys (Steve, Larry and everyone else) all did an unbelievable job. Never have I had a walk through of a coach where everything was explained so well. Pat and I feel the guidance you and the gentleman you had with you the day we came in was excellent. The coach sure fit our expectations. And Steve, what can I say? He went above and beyond what anyone would do. You certainly earned our admiraton and business.
