With a staff of nearly 1,000 associates, millions of dollars’ worth of inventory, and sales revenue, General RVs operations require a skilled accounting services staff to manage all cash flow operations. We employ accountants, accounts payable and receivable specialists, and a payroll manager to help our company operate on a daily basis.
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION / SUPPORT
General RV has multiple office related positions that supports all facets of our company. We are always looking for qualified applicants that can bring office skills and professionalism to our company. Some skills that we look for are: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, accounting, data entry, travel arrangements, filing, scanning, and more.
Our Marketing division is comprised of multiple positions that help build the General RV brand as the company of choice for all things RV related. We house traditional marketing associates, digital and social media professionals, graphic design, ecommerce specialists, and a multimedia department.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY/HELP DESK
With over 400 computer users companywide and an operation that relies heavily on technology, General RV has a staff of IT professionals to maintain, improve, and fix any technology related issues. Our Help Desk associates provide timely, efficient, quality support to our users.
In efforts to provide the best customer service in the industry, we have a dedicated team to help achieve that goal. The Guest Services department provides additional follow up for each customer that comes into our stores. Guest Services is responsible for calling customers to evaluate their shopping experience in order to for us to learn what we can improve upon.
