You and Your Family's Health is a Priority
General RV places an emphasis on the health and wellness of our associates and their families. A comprehensive insurance program is available for you and your family. We pay a large portion of premiums for medical health care coverage for our employees; family coverage is also available at an additional cost to the employee through payroll deduction. In addition to medical, dental and vision coverage is also available.
Full time employees employed for at least 30 days will receive pay for the following recognized holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Labor Day
- Memorial Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Independence Day
All employees who have a start date from January 1st to June 30th will earn five vacation days that can only be taken during the Christmas to New Year's shutdown during the year in which they are hired. The following January, these employees will receive an additional five vacation days that can be taken throughout the year. Additional vacation days are granted based on years of service which is further explained in the employee handbook.
Need a personal day? General RV provides 1 personal day to be used throughout the year to eligible employees!
401k Retirement Saving Plan
Employees can elect to join the 401k retirement plan. General RV will match up to 3% of employee contributions (subject to vesting guidelines).
Employee Referral Bonus Program
General RV is proud to offer a generous bonus for qualified candidates that are referred by employees. The bonus ranges from $500 - $1,000 depending on the position in which a referral is hired for. There is no limit on how many referral bonuses an employee can receive!
